Scope:

The StenaLine Superferry “Adventurer” was upgraded with a new HVAC Control system, Seawater pump Control system and Engine room pressure and temperature control system. A new decentralized PLC system was installed, integrating all the logic. The HVAC system is now regulating from air quality and temperature setpoints. The Engine water cooling and engine room air pressure and temperature is all controlled by demand from the various engine processes. Two redundant ViewPort stations were installed(Control room and bridge), providing insight into the various systems. All the PLCs were connected by a new ethernet network, also installed by us.
